Below is some information that will help you enjoy your stay.
Entry to the house is controlled by a keypad. Your front passcode will be programmed in the days immediately prior to your stay and will be emailed to you. Two vehicle gate passes will be waiting under your name at the Palmetto Dunes pass office. You will see a sign for the pass office on your right immediately after entering Palmetto Dunes.
Prior to checking out please do the following:
(1) Put all dirty towels in the bath tubs. Note: There is no need to remove the linens on the beds (our cleaning crew will handle that)
(2) Throw away any unused food or beverage.
(3) Put all bagged trash in the cans in the Service Yard.
(4) Empty the refrigerator.
(5) All dishes and utensils must be clean and returned to the appropriate spot.

Turn the TV on using TV remote.
Select the HDMI1 option.
Use Hargray remote to hit OK and find channels
Every TV is smart except for the one in the master bedroom.
To use smart functions hit the home button on TV remote and scroll to the app sought.
Family Room: Hit TV on Sony Remote.
Bonus Room: Hit Home button on Samsung remote and scroll over to the left to Source icon. Then scroll up and select HDMI1 option.
Yellow Bedroom: Hit Source button on Samsung remote and select HDMI1.
Blue and Palm Bedrooms: Hit the round source button at the top right of the LG remote and select HDMI1.
Please bag all garbage and place the bags in the cans located in the service area just outside the garage back door.
You do NOT need to put the cans out. The garbagemen will come to the service area and clear.
Please DO NOT overfill the cans. This will result in racoons making a mess in the service area.

Getting to the beach is quick and easy!!
Just walk down the driveway and look to your left. You will see a sign for the beach path on the other side of the street.
Guests also have access to the Dunes House where free parking is offered. The Dunes House is a great place to enjoy lunch with an ice cold drink.

Beach chairs are not provided at the house. You will need to either bring your own or rent. If you are looking to rent any beach related things such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, or even toys for your little ones, please visit this site: https://babysawayhhi.com/
Please follow the safety rules posted by the pool.
Please rinse sand off prior to entering the pool.
During peak season our pool techs comes on Wed and Sat to clean and service the pool. From Oct through Feb the pool is serviced on Wed only.
If wind blows debris into the pool please remove it with the provided skimmer.
Please contact us if you request heating for an additional fee of $100 per day.
A full tank of propane will be provided.
It is the guests responsibility to refill the propane as needed and to also clean the grill after each use.

We have an award-winning Tennis Center that provides a full schedule of activities and instructional programs all year for both adults and children.

HarbourFest at Shelter Cove is a weekly celebration during the summer with live music and entertainment, arts & crafts, kids activities and Tuesday night fireworks.
Make sure to take your kids for music with Shannon Tanner and to see Cappy the Clown, both at Shelter Cove!

Gregg Russell has been writing and performing great music for over 40 years. His credits include literally hundreds of children's songs, writing and performing original music for TV specials and more. He's best known for his evening performances under the old Liberty tree in Harbour Town where he has delighted over 3 million fans, young and old alike for over 40 seasons.
Gregg does nightly concerts from at Harbour Town from the end of May to early September from 8pm to 9:30pm.
He is a MUST SEE if you have children.

Please remove all sand from beach towels & bathing suits prior to washing.
The Washing machine requires normal laundry detergent.
Upon arrival please report any housekeeping issues.
A standard supply of towels and bed linens consisting of two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person (not to exceed maximum occupancy) will be ready for you in your vacation rental.
House keeping does NOT provide:
Dish soap
Dish washing detergent
Garbage bags.
Please report accidental damage immediately so we can address the issue.
Additionally, you will find some closet doors are locked.
These doors are locked intentionally to store our personal items.
Please do not attempt to open locked doors.
